Dennis Grzywinski Joins Chicagoland Sunbelt as Business Broker

Chicago, January 18, 2010 – Chicagoland Sunbelt (www.chicagolandsunbelt.com), a business brokerage firm focused on companies in Northern Illinois and Indiana, announces today that Dennis Grzywinski, has joined the firm as a business broker.
“Dennis has a wealth of experience in sales,” stated Domenic Rinaldi, Managing Partner of Chicagoland Sunbelt, “We believe that his experience in negotiating transactions for business owners will assist our clients as they go from offer to completed transaction.”
Grzywinski, a Chicago area native, brings to the company 25 years experience as a business owner, and several additional years as a professional sales and marketing representative for a Fortune 500 company in the office equipment industry. He has held several top management positions in the construction and real estate development industry, working on both residential and commercial projects. Through this experience, Dennis has developed a strong working knowledge of small and large businesses operating across the entire spectrum of our economy.
His principal work as a business owner was as a residential subdivision builder/developer and realtor, taking projects from conception to final completion and sell-off. He has been involved in the redevelopment of downtown office buildings, restaurants, and medical clinics, in addition to single family and townhome communities.
“I understand the many steps and due diligence necessary to produce a successful business transaction and will work with business owners to navigate all the small details required to achieve the business owner's objectives,” explained Grzywinski. “My experience in sales, marketing, and transaction negotiating will help me find the right buyer for my clients and achieve positive results,” he added.
Grzywinski is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has spent time as both a US Army officer and Illinois National Guard officer.
