Interactive Intelligence to Host Contact Center Industry Web Event
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, January 19, 2011 – Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, is hosting an industry Web event Thursday, January 27 at 20:30 hrs (Dubai time) titled, “2011: What Every Contact Center Should Know, and How to Plan for It.”The free Web event, which will feature Forrester Research, Inc. principal analyst, Art Schoeller, will address the challenges and opportunities associated with key contact center technology trends. These trends include the increased adoption of cloud-based solutions, the incorporation of social media into multichannel communications, proactive customer contact, and more.
