Bay Area Builder DeNova Homes Announces Three New Bay Area New Home Communities
Concord, CA – DeNova Homes, Inc. (http://www.denovahomes.com) announced that construction has begun on three Bay Area new home communities. All communities are scheduled to open in Spring 2011.“We are very optimistic about the Bay Area new home market in 2011, and after surviving these challenging economic times we are excited to once again be growing our company,” said Lori Sanson, Executive Vice President of DeNova Homes.
The communities, which will include two new communities offering new homes in Petaluma (http://www.denovahomes.com/comingsoon.php) and another new neighborhood in Gilroy, will offer single family homes for first home buyers and first move up buyers.
“We know that homebuyers can be more selective today. That’s why we’ve chosen our neighborhood locations, floor plans, and finishes with the homebuyer in mind,” said Sanson.
Grand Openings are scheduled for early spring and the home builder reports that an interest list is already forming.
“Buyers are returning to the market to take advantage of well-priced, quality homes and low interest rates, said Sanson.
