Carnival in Venice 2011 - a photo-workshop

Press release from: click fototours

Once a year during the carnival season colourfully masked figures in weird robes stroll over bridges and narrow alleys or present themselves proudly in one of the “piazzi” of Venice.
This picturesque scenery in front of gondolas, the famous St Mark’s Square and wonderful palazzi will be documented photographically by participants of “click fototours”, Bonn/Germany - no scenery could be no more suited for a presentation of moving figures with eye-catching masks and costumes. At night the sights are illuminated and offer romantic images.
This photo-workshop will be accompanied by two professional photographs and is offered for beginners and advanced amateurs of photography. It is considered as ‘on-site photography’ in terms of “learning by doing” . All camera brands are welcomed and instructions will include
use of different focal lenses and depth of field,
image structure and colour design,
night images.

Images will be selected and realized according to photographic aspects only,
e.g. not a shooting of sights at any rate or at a quick pace.
In a small group, this workshop will take place from 03rd to 7th March, 2011.
The workshop includes accomodation with breakfast at a hotel near St Mark’s Square and workshop fee, the journey to Venice has to be organised individually.
