Grafica's Nano-Print plus being launched in Mumbai by Mr. Mike Young, SGIA fellows and member of APST, USA

Grafica’s Nano-Print plus, an ergonomically designed low cost high quality semi automatic screen printing machine with an unusual look was unveiled by Mike Young, SGIA fellows and member of ASPT, USA, at Screen Print India 2010 Exhibition recently. Michael Robertson, President & CEO, SGIA, USA and other delegates from various national & international industry associations were also present at the ceremony.

The honorable guests gave thumbs up to Grafica’s Nano-Print plus – the affordable screen printing machine. The guests commended the company’s efforts in bringing out such an innovative and economical screen printing machine.

This new user-comfy machine is available in max 18” x 24” print area (also available in 22” x 28” print area as optional). NANO-PRINT plus does not require expensive air compressor, its single phase and easy to operate.

Besides incorporating all the salient features of Grafica’s Nano-Print, launched a year ago, Grafica’s Nano-Print plus has adjustable screen frame holder, variable printing stroke length, single/double stroke selection, digital stroke counter, parallel screen frame movement which is convenient for spot UV varnish and low viscosity inks to avoid ink overflow and spillage.

Optionally there are two other features available, that is, peel off mechanism to achieve fine reproduction of halftone dots and avoid smudging, bleeding and smearing; and vacuum by foot to register on curly and unstable paper/substrates accurately and easily. Also, this easy to operate machine will drive away most of the work hazards involved in manual screen printing operations.

Based on the company’s success of launching Nano-Print a low cost high quality semi automatic screen printing, a year ago and customers' feedback, Grafica's design team had closely evaluated the market needs. Grafica’s Nano-Print plus was the offshoot of their innovative thinking and R&D. This easy to operate machine will drive away most of the work hazards involved in manual screen printing operations.

Commenting on Grafica’s Nano-Print plus, both Mike Young and Michael Robertson, said that the launch of this new product with very unusual design demonstrates Grafica’s marvelous engineering and R&D skills in building screen printing machines to bring greater benefits to the screen printing industry.

NANO-PRINT plus with its unusual look was a show stopper leading upto bagging ‘The Best Product Award’. The award was received by Bhargav Mistry, Managing Director of Grafica Flextronicaalong with his team during the Screen Print India Awards Nite on 9th December 2010 in Mumbai amid the congregation of hundreds of printing professionals.

“I feel Grafica’s Nano-Print plus will make a positive change and will create a big bang in the screen printing industry,” said Grafica’s MD, Bhargav Mistry immediately after receiving the award.

Also, on its debut NANO-PRINT plus received excellent order bookings including a couple of export orders, that reflects the suitability and market acceptance of the machine.
