Global NuTech’s Joint Venture with Agrigenic Food Company, had a 40% increase in sales in October and November versus the quarter ended September 30, 2010, the end of which quarter coincided with the formation of the Joint Venture between Agrigenic Food Company and Global NuTech's wholly owned subsidiary, E-Clean Acquisition Corporation.

Regarding the sales increases E. G. Marchi, President of Global NuTech, Inc., stated,

"We knew that our Joint Venture partner was a company ready to move up and that is why we entered into our Joint Venture arrangement.”

“These results are a strong indicator that the marketing and production support which we brought to the business enterprise beginning in early October of this year are working. We expect full quarterly results to be significantly better."

The company also reports that they are is working with its Joint Venture partner, Agrigenic Foods Company, to expand production capacity for the lines of dietary supplements manufactured by Agrigenic Foods and sold and distributed by the Joint Venture.
