Winter will be soft and sensual: Alice Wonderland and Clearity – a collection for women by Nadia Durante

Deep brown cocoa with a hint of chili, delicate mocha cream spiced with cinnamon or even a classic latte macchiato - these are the images conjured up by the new winter collection by Nadia Durante from Heidelberg. Not only the delicious colours and combinations of this collection but also its expression of nostalgia and romance are designed to make crisp winter days more pleasurable.

The brilliant musical achievements of Italian composers in the Sixties, like Ennio Morricone, are recognised as the inspiration for the sensual and classical nature of the collection. Authentic, of profound substance and continuing relevance. "That's how I see my fashion," comments designer Nadia Durante.

The collection offers classic combinations of blazer, bolero or blouson with short or romantically floor-length culottes. Also trouser suits and overalls made of soft and pleasantly natural fabrics will make winter a warm and comfortable experience.

As always, only natural, eco-friendly, fair trade fabrics and a variety of colours are used for the collection.

The designer also remains true to the traditional garment - the DRESS. The designer highlights the diversity of the classic feminine garment with a new and unique design. The winter dress of simple elegance is her trademark. Everything is made out of warm, natural fabrics and created for everyday wear with particular attention to detail.

The dress, probably a woman's most feminine garment, has been banned to the back of the wardrobe over the last few years in favour of other articles of clothing. The ambition to create the perfect dress was the essential motive behind the first collection. Many women want to dress well without having to forego a sense of well-being, a perfect fit and comfort. Realistic and ordinary shapes and sizes like those encountered in everyday life are the benchmark for the designs, resulting in dresses and designs that not only models can wear but all the other women in the world, too. The dress is made to fit and this ensures that the wearer looks great and feels perfectly at ease. That should put an end to the dieting mania.

Designer Nadia Durante’s background: born in Speyer on 24 December 1969. Italian nationality. Author of several books and articles on marketing and communication.
Professional experience: 1989 – 2009 worked at SAP in various positions, lastly as marketing manager for media software applications. Education and qualifications: industrial business management assistant. 1992 - 1997 studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen.
