NORTHVALE, New Jersey, USA – New Yorker Electronics has teamed with Lite-On Semiconductor Corp. (LSC) in a new franchise distribution agreement to supply its discrete power management devices around the world.

Established in 1990, Lite-On Semiconductor (TWSE 5305) manufactures green power related semiconductor components that are mainly applied in communications, information, consumer electronics products' switching power supply and system power supply. A highly vertical integration company, LSC owns several manufacturing sites from which it produces complete front-end to back-end solutions with great proficiency.

Focusing on Discrete Components for more than 25 years, Lite-On Semi owned over 25% of the worldwide market share of bridge rectifiers in 2018.

LSC designs, develops, packages and tests a wide series of green power related semiconductor components that are mainly applied on communications, information, consumer electronics products' switching power supply and system power supply. LSC also builds custom power management solutions to enhance power efficiency.

As a franchise distributor, New Yorker Electronics will supply the entire line of Lite-On Semiconductor Bridge Rectifiers, Recovery Rectifiers, Schottky Rectifiers, TVS, ESDs, TSPDs, Thyristor Devices, MOSFETs, Zener Diodes, 3-Phase Bridge, Recitifiers, SiC Schottky Diodes, Contact Image Sensors (CIS), Power Management ICS, Optoelectronics and Small Signal Devices.
