Five years of the Berlinale Talent Campus means five years of inviting young filmmakers from all over the world to come to Berlin from 10.-15.02.2007. baxpax Hostels Hotels will be the official accommodation partner for the 5th time. The 350 talents from more than 100 countries will stay at baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel, Mittes Backpacker Hostel and baxpax Kreuzberg Hostel in the heart of Berlin.

Five days packed with a diverse programme await the talents in Berlin, for example on 13th February from 9.30 p.m. starts the Berlinale Talent Campus “Groove Affairs Party” at Optica ClubLounge in the basement of baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel. Everybody is cordially invited!

Background
baxpax downtown is running since may 2006 and guests like Damon Alban or the Teams of Agency-ADIDAS-Cup and „XBOX-cops and robbers“ enjoyed there stay like young, modern lifestyle-travellers. For all those open-minded travellers and artists, that could not find themselves in the common ways of hospitality, the baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel by the mixture of high level services and a relaxed international atmosphere is the place to be and a completely new kind of hospitality in the heart of Berlin.

Die BACCOS (Berlin Accomodation Services) GmbH ist ein junges und dynamisches - aber erfahrenes - Beherbergungsunternehmen, das 1994 das erste Hostel Deutschlands eröffnete. Zum Mitte's Backpacker Hostel kam bereits 1999 mit dem BaxPax Hostel Berlin das zweite hinzu. Seit Mai 2006 verwaltet die BACCOS GmbH mit dem baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel das dritte Haus und erreicht damit eine Bettenanzahl von insgesamt weit über 400 Betten in Berlin.

Neben dem Kerngeschäft gibt die BACCOS GmbH einen europaweiten Hostelguide, das PLAiN VANiLLA magazine, heraus, das bereits im 4. Jahr in Folge erscheint. Zu dem Internetauftritt des Unternehmens und den von ihm verwalteten Hostels Hotels betreut die BACCOS GmbH zusätzlich die berlin-pages.de, ein Internetportal mit zahlreichen Informationen über Berlin und deren Events.
