Press release from: Blooming Twig Books

NEW YORK CITY — November 23, 2010 — The Youth Entrepreneurship Survey 2010, a Harris Interactive online poll conducted on for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, revealed that 40 percent of youth show a great interest in becoming an entrepreneur. A number of those surveyed believed hard work can make them successful in an entrepreneurial or nonprofit venture.

While education and determination are essential to becoming a success, learning to become a successful leader in the business place could be the key.

Brad Szollose; co-founder of the first Dot-Com agency, explains in his recently released book Liquid Leadership how it is time for Corporate America to step into the 21st century of Management - Gone is the old model of top-down hierarchy. A competitive landscape that is now global, a glut of information, a bumpy economy and a workforce that is young – and a little bratty – is forcing companies to rethink their approach to management.

Brad speaks from 30 years of entrepreneurial and board room experience when he discusses how to integrate a diverse set of people into creative, cooperative, productive teams. The book, which was released on October 10, 2010, gives managers the tools they need to nurture and lead a vastly heterogeneous workforce—from the Gen Y freelancer to the Baby Boomer in the corner office.

Liquid Leadership will be available in hardback (ISBN 978-1-60264-516-5) on,, or More information can be found at the author’s web site
