GEORGE KATT TO STAR IN THRILLER “THE MAN IN 2C”
Producer Luis Lapeira and Director Michael Yurinko announced today that they have teamed up to produce a new feature film to star actor George Katt entitled “The Man in 2C”. Written by screenwriter Pat Hlundzenski, the thriller revolves around Henry Vacco (Katt), a man who comes to possess a bag of blood-stained money and must battle against his own paranoia and a malicious neighbor in the next apartment. As Henry tries to keep the money hidden, his world begins to twist apart as he descends into a dark state of destruction and we learn he has bigger secrets than his bag of money.
Production is planned for 2011 and will be shot entirely in Detroit. The film will be directed by Michael Yurinko and lensed by David Tumblety with production design by John Collins and score by Patrick Wilson.
