Edge Restaurant invites you and your family to enjoy a wide selection of Chinese food such as Yusheng - Cantonese-style raw fish salad for Chinese New Year celebration, Chinese roasted duckling spring roll, roasted Chinese BBQ pork rib, noodle station, deep fried shrimp with cream salad and stuffed pork leg and deep-fried minced pork with crab meat. Moreover, seafood and international dishes are also available such as imported oyster, prawn, blue crab, New Zealand mussel, whelk, rock lobster, tiger prawn, river prawn, seabass in banana leaf, sushi, sashimi, beef steak, lamb, pork chop, pasta, homemade pizza, assorted sweet and salt stuffed dough pyramid, black sesame dumpling in ginger tea, assorted bean in longan juice and ginkgo with milk. Chinese New Year buffet is priced at THB 1,400 nett per person for food only. Available from February 5-9, 2019 from 6pm – 10.30pm at Edge Restaurant on level 14.

Flare Restaurant offer a private dinner for your family gathering along with a cozy atmosphere. Choices of special Chinese menus are well-prepared for your celebration including ‘Phuket Lobster’ – stir-fried with yellow curry or wok-fried with green peppercorn and chili at THB 2,850 nett, ‘Jumbo River Prawn’ – deep fried with crispy garlic and young peppercorn or stir-fried in Shanghai sauce at THB 1,550 nett, ‘Red Snapper’ – steamed with plum sauce or fried with soy sauce at THB 1,550 nett, ‘Black Crab’ – baked with Chinese black bean or steamed with yellow curry at THB 1,250 nett and also ‘Seafood Platter’ – Canadian lobster, tiger prawn, Atlantic salmon in banana leaf, New Zealand mussel, rock lobster, scallop and squid at THB 2,850 nett.
