XPhone Solutions Now Available in English
C4B's CEO Bernd Woköck announces localization of CTI and UM software
"By localizing, we are sending out a strong signal to our partners who do business internationally," explained Bernd Woköck, CEO of C4B. The company expects that this move will enable customers with foreign offices to seamlessly deploy C4B solutions across national boundaries. C4B also plans to sell its software solutions in other European countries through local distributors. It has already taken the first step in this direction by joining forces with Swisscom Solutions. The Swiss market leader has been distributing XPhone CTI and unified messaging solutions since the summer of 2006.
The English versions of all of C4B's solutions should be available this spring. Other Western European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) are already in development. You can learn more at CeBIT by visiting C4B in Hall 13, Stand C38/1.
