The Ice-O-Matic GEM0655 pearl ice machine available from Classeq produces up to 325kg of clear, pure pearl ice per day. It’s ideal for restaurants, bars and fast food establishments that are looking for a cost effective way to keep customers supplied with ice cold drinks all day long.
Pearl ice takes less energy to make than regular ice, so the GEM0655 is cheaper to run than comparative cube machines. It benefits from front and rear exhaust so machines can be fitted side by side or in tight spaces. An all stainless-steel construction and rugged stainless-steel evaporator ensure durability and reliability.
Pearl ice makers are fitted with Ice-O-Matic’s SystemSafe which continuously checks the workload on the gearbox, automatically shutting down the system before an overload occurs. A further safety feature is their water sensor that eliminates low or no water failures when there is a problem with the mains supply.
Measuring 533mm wide x 610mm deep x 686mm high, Classeq supplies the GEM0655 with a full two year parts and labour warranty. The modular storage bin is available in different sizes to suit a site’s requirements.
