Airmotion builds upon gaming expertise with the Xbox 360 Magazine “360 Live”

Munich, February 01, 2007 - The Munich media agency Airmotion has taken over the publishing of the special interest journal “360 Live”. Their know-how and games expertise will now also augment the mobile content services of the Munich mobile agency.

“360 Live”, the independent magazine around and about the Xbox 360, aims to serve casual gamers as well as professional players. The January 2007 relaunch issue premiered the new title “360 Live” in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Editor-in-Chief Richard Löwenstein and his editorial staff will stay with the publication and the new publishing house Airmotion – and along with them the years of experience and expertise in the game business.
The title appears as a licensed edition of Imagine Publishing Ltd., UK. This cooperation simultaneously provides a strategic expansion of useful contacts to the international gaming industry.

The magazine is complemented by the website at www.360-live.de and the online community has been growing rapidly.
This specialization, the contacts, and the editorial experience will be put to good use in the mobile world as well, explains Florian Petrich, Managing Director of Airmotion GmbH: “Together with partners and customers, we now have the chance to use synergies. We envision complete portals in the mobile internet in connection with '360 Live', together with informational services and further editorial services. We want to integrate the magazine’s full potential into our mobile business.
The technology-oriented target audience behind this title offers a uniquely suitable platform for advertising mobile content. Now we can simultaneously offer our customers that additional platform as well as content."

About "360 Live"

“360 Live” is the independent Xbox 360 magazine for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Airmotion GmbH has been responsible for the publication formerly known as "360 Magazin" since the January 2007 issue. The relaunch with the first edition of the current year coincided with the expansion to the complete Germany-Austria-Switzerland region.
The still-young online community already comprises nearly 4000 active members. Cooperation agreements with GIGA TV and the Consoles Sport League have been arranged, further partnerships with media houses are planned. The print edition’s circulation rose 30% from October to December of 2006. Every month, the magazine reports extensively on tests, news, multimedia, and game previews.
The February issue will be in stores January 31, including the readers’ poll results for Game of the Year 2006.
