Press release from: Adgent Digital

New Name Reflects New Approach to Providing Social Media Solutions for Publishers and Advertisers.

AdGent 007, the only global media and technology company to provide both audience delivery systems and proprietary social media platforms for premium publishers and advertisers, today relaunched as AdGent Digital with a new website (www.adgentdigital.com) and a new mission: to develop and deploy proprietary customizable, white label ad supported social media platforms for premium publishers and advertisers.

"While we will continue our legacy business of demand side, audience buying solutions providing advertising agencies and their Fortune 1000 clients the platform to reach any premium audience, anywhere on the Web," says Cameron Yuill founder and CEO of AdGent Digital, "we are moving aggressively to deliver ad supported programs around social media that help publishers keep audiences engaged with their sites for longer periods."

Among AdGent Digital social media products already in the market are:

Tweetology: the most advanced curator of Twitter content available capturing real time streaming. Tweetology widgets are totally controlled by publishers and advertisers displaying Tweets with well defined controls, filters, and management tools expected from the most sophisticated Content Management System (CMS). The unit can be sponsored by an advertiser and wrapped to look like anything the publisher or advertiser wants. The content controls assure a brand safe environment for Tweetology sponsors. Users include: Comcast SportsNet's CSN Chicago (http://www.csnchicago.com/pages/bulls) The Tyra Banks Show (http://tyrashow.warnerbros.com/) and Extra (http://extratv.warnerbros.com/).

The Skinny: a widget tab that website owners can add to their site to display instant updates with Twitter, positioned as the easiest way for a publisher or blogger to update his or her audience without having IT break into the page and physically change it. Skinny tabs live in the whitespace on publisher pages. Skinny is being used on ecommerce sites www.warplanes.com and www.mybrochuremaker.com where the owners use the Skinny tab to provide the latest deals to their customers.

Tweetology Widget for iPad: a JavaScript iPad interface for its popular Tweetology widget allowing users to curate the Twitterverse and publish only the most relevant tweets to a site.

TISM (acronym for This Is Social Media) is a check-in button that publishers can place on their pages to enhance user loyalty and provide rewards to users. Audiences check in when they see a TISM widget on a participating site. The site owners can then reward loyal users with virtual and real prizes.

America’s Video Ad Network (AVAN) provides a full screen video player for high engagement pre-stitial ads that are viewed when a user clicks through to a site. The ad unit mimics the television experience in that the ad fills out the whole screen before a user views content. Users can, if they choose, skip through the pre-stitial to the content. AVAN enables advertisers to target unduplicated U.S. audiences while they are consuming content on top tier publishers. From an advertiser perspective, AVAN audiences tend to be more affluent, educated, and business-related. The unit is particularly popular with the auto and finance advertisers.

AdGent Digital (www.adgentdigital.com) is the only global media and technology company to provide both audience delivery systems and proprietary social media platforms for premium publishers and advertisers. Its social media platforms include consumer loyalty widget, TISM and Tweetology, a customizable white label, ad supported Twitter feed. While growing its social media technology business, AdGent Digital also aggregates customized audiences from premium publishers around the world for US based marketers and agencies. AdGent also recently announced its entry into the video space with AVAN - America's Video Ad network.
