Russian pianist and educator GéNIA, will highlight the foundation of the Piano-Yoga® method and demonstrate exercises from her Piano-Yoga® book: "Transform your hands: A complete ten week course of piano exercises”. This multi-dimensional method combines the fundamentals of Russian piano schools with eastern philosophies, particularly yoga. The aims are to focus your piano practice, improve concentration, build strength in the fingers and hands, establishing good posture, and conquer performance nerves.

• Improves the quality of piano playing in just 10 weeks
