Press release from: RAMS Home Loans Australia

Money magazine’s Non-bank Lender of the Year 2009 and 2010, RAMS Home Loans today announced its community-based Property Investment Seminar Series starts this week to help locals reach their investment potential with access to valuable insights into the property market.

RAMS Home Loans Chief Executive, Melos Sulicich, said selected local RAMS businesses are hosting the free community events to give residents access to expert tips and information to help them make the right property investment choices.

“Over the many years RAMS has been assisting customers with their home loan needs, we are often asked about property investment so we decided to create a one-stop shop where people can access hints and tips from the experts at no cost,” Mr Sulicich said.

“This is a unique opportunity to get inside information from local experts who will also be able to answer the questions you always wanted to ask about investing in property,” he said.

RAMS has assembled local, professional guest speakers from the fields of real estate, accounting, financial planning and market research who will discuss topics such as:
• How the Australian and local market conditions affect the property market
• Tax effective strategies to help you buy property
• Smart ways to finance your property investment
• How to keep up-to-date with the latest property opportunities.

Mr Sulicich said: “Approximately 25 local information seminars will be held across Australia over the next couple of months. We are encouraging anyone who has an interest in property investment to attend one of these informative events.”

Every attendee will receive a free RAMS KickSTART Investor information kit including the 12-steps to buying an investment property DVD, time-saving checklists and a voucher for a Residex* market report with the latest sales history, rental returns and capital growth forecasts.

The first RAMS Free Property Investment Seminar will be held on Wednesday 10 November 2010, at 6:30pm in Tweed Heads, NSW followed by a similar seminar in Essendon, VIC the next evening.
