Asian airports are world beaters

01-18-2019 11:45 AM CET | Tourism, Cars, Traffic

Press release from: Spire Research and Consulting

According to a customer survey by Skytrax, four out of the five best airports in the world are in Asia. These five includes Singapore’s Changi Airport, Incheon International Airport (Korea), Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and Hong Kong International Airport.

These airports are destinations in themselves as they offer a complete experience in terms of services, entertainment, retail and comfort.

Asian authorities are realizing that the airport is the thing that makes the first impression on both tourists and investors, and cannot be seen only as an infrastructure project.

Can Asia’s airports lead the way in terms of customer experience?

Spire Research and Consulting was established in 2000 to address a gap in the research and consulting industry in global emerging markets. Unlike most agencies that focus on traditional consumer research, our founders saw a profound need for holistic research projects.

These projects integrate traditional customer research with knowledge of the broader business eco-system; for instance, competitors, channels, legal and regulatory factors. They support strategic decision-making for market growth and entry. Our studies provide indispensable tools for creating business plans, setting sales quotas, quantifying budgets and investment as well as making product launch decisions.

Spire exists to undertake such projects with distinction.
