Based in Lincolnshire, with over 16 year’s experience, projects are regularly completed for sports clubs, local authorities, schools, colleges and businesses.

We offer expert advice and guidance together with formulating short, medium and long-term renovation proposals, including sports pitch drainage and irrigation solutions. We also offer agronomy consultancy, carry out soil sample analysis and advice on current and future nutrient requirements, soil enrichment and disease and weed control.

Fineturf operate and owns a wide range of specialist plant, machinery, transport and equipment, some of which has been manufactured to our individual specification in order to ensure improved efficiency in the provision of our services. As such, we are able to cater for all of the diverse requirements of our customers.
In June 2009 a new partnership arrangement was secured with Lakeland Construction (Specialist Earthworks) Ltd. Lakeland brought to the company over 35 years experience and industry expertise in large earth moving projects, land drainage, cut and fill engineering and much more.

Fineturf were delighted to announce that in March 2010, we were awarded UKAS accreditation for the ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). All of our turf is custom grown by ourselves at our 160 acre farm near Grantham and our turf is meticulously produced to meet the Turfgrass Growers Association (TGA) standards. Furthermore we consider Health, Safety and Wellbeing as paramount to our business and the need to demonstrate our commitment and capabilities to our current and potential client base. All of our employees hold CSCS Health & Safety Cards and CPCS Cards and all supervisors are IOSH Managing Safely trained.

To ensure we deliver our clients with a modern, industry standard, professional service we are members of the Institute of Groundmanship. We are also members of the Land Drainage Contractors Association who publish guides and specifications on the installation of sports pitch drainage solutions.
