The hotel industry is evolving in such quick pace brought about by digitalization and globalization. With new innovative disruptors right, left and center that result in the growing competition and continuously changing market demands, hotels need to quickly adapt to get significant market share. Fairmas solutions are continuously developed based on the user benefits of hotel owners and investors, general managers, financial directors, controllers and revenue managers to equip them in maintaining the financial health of their business. Core product FairPlanner is the web-based software solution for efficient planning and controlling of hotel revenue, costs and profits that allows work collaboration to improve financial leadership per operating department. The integrated management reporting system caters to different decision levels as required. PickupTracking is an easy daily monitoring and reporting tool for hotel revenue management that shows reservations “on the books” per market segment up to 365 days in advance.
FITUR is a global meeting point for tourism professionals and the leading trade fair for inbound and outbound Ibero American markets. In 2018, FITUR has beaten the participation record with 10,190 exhibiting companies from 165 countries/regions, 140,120 trade participants and 110,860 people from the general public. Moreover, the volume of agendas organized by FITUR within the different B2B has reached 6,800 business appointments. Fairmas could attest to this proven record of accomplishment. With last year’s successful appointments, promising leads and new clients gained through meetings and word of mouth, Fairmas was able to recognize the Spanish market’s growing potential and was able to tap into it successfully.
“Attending this year’s FITUR for the second time was an easy decision to make. Spain is one of our target markets as we are actively increasing our international presence. Reports from 2018 have highlighted that strong inbound tourism demand in Spain has also driven investment in their hotel industry and this will only continue to grow,” explains Oliver Rabe, Fairmas Director of Business Development.
Spanish-speaking users would be happy to know that FairPlanner and PickupTracking have their native language available, apart from English, German, French and Chinese (FairPlanner only.)
