MDB International announces new Division “LifeAfter –The Badge “
Alexandria VA: - MBD International is excited to announce the formation of their new division, “MDB LifeAfter -The Badge”, a recruitment consultancy, specializing in the placement of professionals at all levels of corporate security, risk mitigation, compliance and investigations.
To Anthony E. Daniels, formerly the Deputy Director of the FBI Academy, Quantico and Assistant Director in charge of the Washington DC Field Office, it had become very apparent when speaking with friends and colleagues, still engaged in their law enforcement and intelligence careers that there was a lack of resources for professional, reliable, honest advice when starting that new chapter in their career. “For those individuals who are retiring from the military, there are a myriad of companies who provide a variety of services to help with the transition into the private sector. For the Law Enforcement and Intelligence community that resource is very scarce.” Consequently, MDB Life After-The Badge has been developed to provide career consulting services to the Law Enforcement and Intelligence Communities as well as executive search services to corporations. The MDB LifeAfter-The Badge services will also include resume writing, career consulting and interview coaching.

Essentially MDBLifeAfter-The Badge has two tracks.
The first is to provide a service to retiring law enforcement and intelligence community professionals who need assistance in translating their skills into a marketable resume. We also offer additional services such as mock interviews with private sector, corporate executives, an important experience for anyone who has not been through that type of interview before, and who does not need to have the added pressure of an actual job at stake! The second is to offer our 25 years of experience in recruiting and headhunting services for corporations as well as individuals. Our extensive network of contacts expands both nationally and internationally in the private sector. Philip Manuel, Chairman, summed up the new venture in this way. “The fact is that personnel leaving a Law Enforcement career have many marketable skills that are useful in the private sector. They are well trained, disciplined and have expertise on many levels. It is the role of LifeAfter the Badge to help individuals take these talents to a new and productive career.”
