Dallas Attorneys William Munck and E. Leon Carter Honored Among Nation’s Top Lawyers

Mr. Munck, managing partner of the Dallas-based firm and chairman of the firm’s Intellectual Property Section, is highlighted in the intellectual property litigation category. Mr. Munck earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Carter represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, including patent, trade secret and unfair competition, election and voting rights, products liability, First Amendment, labor and employment, and toxic tort cases. He has tried more than 50 civil and criminal cases to a jury. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and an advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Carter has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. He is a repeat honoree in The Best Lawyers in America, as well as the Texas Super Lawyers® list of top attorneys in Texas.
