American Bar Association Honors Dallas Lawyer Frank L. Branson With ‘Pursuit of Justice’ Award

DALLAS – Noted Dallas trial lawyer Frank L. Branson has been selected by the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section as a recipient of the “Pursuit of Justice” award, which honors lawyers and judges who have demonstrated outstanding merit and a commitment to providing access to justice for all.

“For more than 30 years, Frank Branson has had an unwavering commitment to the profession and to his clients, many of whom have suffered from catastrophic accidents,” says ABA section chair Jennifer “Ginger” Busby. “TIPS is honored to present him with the Pursuit of Justice Award and to recognize him for his professional and civic accomplishments and his dedication to ensuring access to justice for individuals whose lives have been affected by serious injuries.”

Mr. Branson is the founder of The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson, a Dallas-based law firm widely recognized for its aggressive, innovative and comprehensive approach to litigation involving dangerous and defective products, medical negligence, major trucking accidents, workplace catastrophes, and complex commercial litigation claims.

Mr. Branson is a past president of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and Dallas chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Additionally, he is a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and International Society of Barristers. D Magazine has recognized him as one of Dallas’ best lawyers and he has been featured in The Best Lawyers in America annually since 1987. Lawdragon magazine recently named Mr. Branson among its “500 Leading Lawyers in America.”
