San Antonio, TX (1/9/2019) – Winter Texans is a term used to describe retirees who travel to the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) during the coldest months. Many of these migrators choose single wide mobile homes as their winter estate of choice, installing the home in communities specifically catering to the 55+ community. Much of this community will be attending the Rio Grande Valley Winter Texan Expo on January 15th and 16th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For Winter Texans ready to plan for a new home in the new year, Braustin will be demonstrating how the use of their industry exclusive mobile app and virtual reality programs allow these potential home buyers to shop from the comfort of Michigan, New Hampshire, or anywhere they will be escaping the cold during the winter.

Braustin will have two sets of virtual reality headsets to show them the newest technology available to walk through homes without ever actually setting foot in one and before making a purchase. In addition, they will demonstrate how their website and app can be used to have a home completely purchased and move in ready by the time the home owner arrives for next year’s winter hiatus.

After the demonstration, Braustin will collect addresses and emails of those participants who would like to receive the first copies of their new AR (Augmented Reality) catalog of homes. Essentially a magazine, the catalog enables its reader to bring a 2-D floorplan to life right out of the pages when used in combination with Braustin’s mobile app. This new catalog will be the first of its kind, not only in the mobile home industry, but real estate in general.
