Lock-Kill - The "Denver Boot" of Locksmithing
LOCK-KILL

Its called the Denver Boot of Locksmithing because it INSTANTLY & PERMANENTLY disables ANY Kwikset lock. Simply insert the key, snap off the bow and the lock is now completely disabled. It can't be picked, bumped or jimmied. The only way to open the door is to drill out the lock.

This is primarily used by property managers who have an urgent situation and want to make sure an evicted tenant can not gain access to the property. This device makes sure the tenant will not be able to get back into the property until a locksmith can come out and change the lock. Here's how it is used:

Property manager needs to quickly secure a house or apartment after an eviction. There may not be time to call a locksmith, especially after hours when locksmith charges are very high.
Property manager insures building is vacant. Inserts Lock-Kill into front door deadbolt, then snaps the bow of the key off.
Deadbold is now 100% disabled. Bulding is secure.
At his convenience property manager has locksmith drill out and replace lock.
Its 100% safe - anyone inside can always unlock from the inside to get out.

This product is intended for locksmithing professionals and property managers ONLY. We reserve the right to refuse to sell this product to anyone who cannot prove their profession justifies the purchase of this product.
