Cleanrite-Buildrite Announces Appointment of New Branch Manager for Sacramento Branch

Bill Stannard has more than 18 years of experience evaluating property damage, directing emergency mitigation work, and managing reconstruction projects. He has developed structural repair estimates ranging around $750k for the insurance industry and worked exclusively for many years evaluating ‘large’ and ‘total loss’ damages to single-family dwelling and small commercial buildings. Using in-depth understanding of the insurance restoration industry and his ability to direct complex mitigation projects, Stannard has managed more than $14M in restoration construction and damage mitigation work under guidelines of various ‘managed insurance repair programs’.
Stannard has traveled extensively throughout the United States providing restoration cost analysis in support of federally funded disaster-assistance programs and has evaluated multi-story office and hotel structures, historical buildings, ocean marinas, and private airports. In this capacity, Stannard has developed structural repair estimates and cost-managed restoration projects in excess of $1M.
