Los Angeles Bankruptcy Attorney David Lozano Launches New Bankruptcy Website
Los Angeles, CA Sept. 13, 2010 - The Law Offices of David Lozano, ALC a leading consumer Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy law firm in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, has announced the launch of its new consumer-friendly bankruptcy website this week—http://www.dlbklaw.com.The new website is designed to help Southern California citizens not only understand what bankruptcy is all about, but to actually learn about the bankruptcy process, to understand their rights and protections under the new bankruptcy laws, and to use this information to make intelligent, informed choices about how to deal with their financial problems such as foreclosure, credit card debt and unemployment.
“Los Angeles residents are facing really tough times,” said Attorney Lozano. “We want to make sure that people have access to the best resources and all the current information they need to figure out how to get out of debt and move forward with their lives.”
The new website not only includes information on how Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies work, but it also includes a step-by-step description of what the debtor will experience when they go through the bankruptcy process.
“Bankruptcy is already challenging enough,” adds Lozano. “And with the changes to the bankruptcy code that took effect in 2005, I knew there was a need for an easy-to-understand resource for individuals who are struggling financially.”
What is also great about the website is that it allows access to all consumers, not just clients, who have questions about bankruptcy and to get those questions immediately answered. All the consumer has to do is just type in their question, press “send” and a staff member will reply within minutes – in English or in Spanish.
Attorney David Lozano has over 18 years experience in representing clients in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. In addition, he is a Board Certified Bankruptcy Specialist – an expert under the new laws. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College.
