Gardere Partner Deirdre Ruckman Selected for ‘World’s Leading Women in Business Law’ Guide

DALLAS – Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP Partner Deirdre B. Ruckman has been selected for inclusion in the “World’s Leading Women in Business Law” guide, which will be published this month by Legal Media Group. She is included in the Insolvency & Restructuring section.

The inaugural edition of “World’s Leading Women in Business Law” includes women lawyers in 25 practice areas in more than 65 jurisdictions worldwide. The book provides “expert guidance to the top female talent in the industry by highlighting the outstanding contribution of women in this predominantly male-dominated sector, and naming high-caliber individuals who succeed as preeminent legal professionals.”

Ms. Ruckman, who heads Gardere’s bankruptcy and business reorganization group, has substantial, in-depth experience in the financial services sector. She specializes in representation of both debtors and creditors in business reorganizations involving private and/or public debt.

Ms. Ruckman’s inclusion in the “World’s Leading Women in Business Law” guide is just her latest honor.
