4. There is a pension crisis - people are making their own arrangements for their retirement
5. There is still a shortage of New homes being built (approx 80,000pa)
6. The UK population is set to increase by 3-5m over the next 10 years
7. Interest rates are still low

"A lot of investors have been sitting on their hands for the last few months waiting for SIPPs to come in next year. Now that it has been blown out of the water by the government - its business as usual. Property Investment and Off plan property in general still have certain risks if research is not conducted responsibly.
