Peninsula Regional Medical Center Adopts VeriForm to Streamline Hospital Inspections

Web-based checklist management system can document and trend compliance
 
Bellevue, Wash. – Pharmacy OneSource, Inc., software-as-a-service provider to more than 1,300 hospitals in the United States, announced today that Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD, has adopted VeriForm for compliance inspections.
VeriForm is a checklist management system that helps hospitals document and report on compliance and patient safety issues throughout a facility. It provides the ability to create multiple forms and document these inspections in one flexible, easy-to-use application.

Managers can run real-time reports to easily see which forms have been completed and monitor trends in compliance by hospital area or criteria. VeriForm has fully-integrated email capabilities so completed forms can be emailed to nurse managers and others for approval, if needed.  VeriForm has eliminated paper completely from the checklist process and provides a robust reporting tool to complete the process.
