NORMAN ZELLER PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AT SWIG EQUITIES
New York – July 27, 2010 - Kent M. Swig, President of Swig Equities, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Norman Zeller to Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management of Swig Equities, LLC, one of New York’s premier commercial real estate firms. Zeller has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has been serving as Vice President and Director of Property Management for the firm’s commercial and residential properties for years.“I am thrilled to be able to recognize the talents and commitment of Norman through this much deserved promotion. It is comforting to know that Norman is at the helm of the Swig Equities management team. His experience in managing corporate and commercial properties has been proven as he ascends through the ranks of our firm and I am certain that he will excel in his new position as he has done time and time again,” said Kent M. Prior to joining Swig Equities, Mr. Zeller held the position of Portfolio Manager with SL Green Realty Corp., where he was responsible for the management and operations of nine building totaling over 2.5 million square feet, and previously he was with Grubb & Ellis Management Services as a property manager.

Mr. Zeller began his career with a major Downtown owner/ management firm where he spent 7 years beginning as a management trainee and advancing to District Manager’s status. Following that he accepted Management Supervisor’s position Cross & Brown Company in 1980 and was promoted to Assistant Director of Management in July of 1982 after the successful opening of a major Midtown high-rise property
Mr. Zeller is a graduate of Long Island University.
