100 Years Hermann Bantleon GmbH. A fantastic celebration with laser shows

Hermann Bantleon GmbH is a well-known manufacturer in the global petroleum and lubricant industry, with further expertise in cleaning, corrosion protection, separators and abrasives.

In 1918, the company was founded by Hermann Bantleon and Richard Umbach in Ulm, Germany.

The name "Hermann Bantleon GmbH" was a result when the second founder leaved the company in 1940. Hermann Bantleon rebuilt the destroyed company after the war and set the course for the successful industrial enterprise by changing the alignment of leather, hoof and wagon fats, cooking oil and washing powder, towards lubricating oil, cleaning and corrosion protection. Also integral services for process optimization became more important. In the 1950s, Hermann Bantleon joined the Avia Group and began producing special fats, corrosion repellents, cutting and grinding oils and others especially for the metal processing industry. In the following decades, Hermann Bantleon GmbH further expanded its product portfolio as well as service segment.

The story of success of Hermann Bantleon GmbH allows one milestone after another, such as the establishment of the first branch in the 90s in Crimmitschau in Zwickau County, EN ISO certifications, new construction and expansion of its own research and development laboratory, new construction of its logistics center, construction of a large-scale production facility, up to the new administration and training building "Bantleon Forum" in 2016.
The most recent milestone is the 100th anniversary of Hermann Bantleon GmbH in 2018. In order to give the celebrations on 8th October 2018 the appropriate setting, the Ratiopharm Arena in Neu-Ulm was chosen as the place.

The extensive entertainment set-up (indoor and outdoor area) was accompanied by colour-brilliant laser shows and individual laser graphics. For this purpose, the company LPS laser systems used five systems of the high-end series LPS-Bax RGB for the laser graphics and laser beam shows, as well as another six laser show systems of the Spike 7K RGB series. All systems can show more than 16.7 million colors. The laser technology was supported by four powerful wind and smoke combinations with HeliX fog fluid, also from LPS laser systems.
