CORAL SPRINGS, FL. - The Weinstein Law Firm is pleased to announce that the members of the Florida Justice Association have re-elected attorney and managing partner Andrew Weinstein to its Board of Directors. The FJA is the premier trial lawyer organization in the state of Florida. As a member of the board, Mr. Weinstein will assist in setting policy for the organization, act as an advocate for pertinent issues with the state legislature, fundraise and more. He will serve a two year term. “I believe in the importance of being an active participant in industry-related organizations, and I’m honored to be chosen by my peers to serve on the board.” explained Mr. Weinstein. “The Board of Directors helps to shape policies for our organization and the legal industry. In turn, those policies and rules can affect our clients’ cases and the way we work as attorneys.” This is the second elected term that Mr. Weinstein will serve as a director. In addition to sitting on the Board of Directors, Mr. Weinstein also is a member of several committees of the FJA, including the Insurance Committee, the Key Contact Committee, the Vanguard Committee, and the Auto Insurance Committee. He has also been active in The Florida Bar and is a past member of the Small Claims Rules Committee, the Trial Lawyers section and more. The mission of the FJA is to ensure that justice is upheld and protected by promoting a fair and effective justice system in Florida. The FJA fights to protect the rights of all Floridians to seek justice and get fair treatment in Florida’s courts, even when taking on the most powerful interests.
