Wine Director Georges Ciret, 1st from right with Christophe Martin, Managing Direcgtor of Siam Gourmet Paradox and collegues from Mom Tri's gourmet restaurants
Wines included Domaine Virginie Viognier, Lucidus Chapoutie, Domaine Virginie Pinot Noir and Côtes Du Rhône Belleruche Chapoutier all from France. However the biggest surprise was the Gran Monte Chenin from Asoke Valley in Thailand which held its own amongst the other more experienced and established wine regions.
Georges Ciret, award winning Wine Director for all 5 Mom Tri’s restaurants said, “we unceasingly source the best wines on the market. Now during the summer season we carry out research allowing us to present not only the best wines but also wines at reasonable prices. For this occasion the tasting was centered around moderately priced wines with originality and personality.
