Press release from: Alert Communications

Ventura, CA. June 1, 2010 -- Alert Communications (alertcommunications.com) received the prestigious 2010 Award of Excellence from the Association of TeleServices International, Inc., (ATSI) after six months of intensive testing by an independent panel of judges. For Alert, this is the sixth straight year the company has earned this top award.

"All our agents take great pride in going above and beyond to deliver a level of service that puts the caller first in every aspect," says Frances Starr, director, sales and marketing. "Earning ATSI's Pearl Award for receiving the Award of Excellence for six consecutive years lets us know we are truly providing our customers with professional, knowledgeable and courteous service."

ATSI's independent judges score call-handling skills over the course of six months. They score skills such as courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to the clients -- the cornerstones of the call-management industry. A company must score 80 percent or better in each of the categories to receive the Award of Excellence.

"The training the agents of ATSI members receive in preparation for professionally handling these test phone calls is the best assurance that an Award of Excellence winner is a high-quality provider of telephone answering services," says Larry Goldenberg, ATSI president.
