DevOpsCon Munich is getting closer!

Modern DevOps does more than just bringing together Devs and Ops. It aims to integrate business and IT across teams and systems. This is the mission of DevOpsCon - the conference for agile processes, microservices, continuous delivery, container and cloud technologies. This year's selection of Power Workshop brings you 7 workshops, which will take place on the 3rd and 6th of December.
In Core Agendashift Workshop Julia Wester, co-founder and Principal Consultant at Lagom Solutions, will share learnings and techniques on facilitating outcome-centric change, which she gathered during over 17 years of managing teams. Join her workshop and discover how to apply the principles from Clean Language, Lean Startup A3, Cynefin, and Kanban in order to ensure your team is working on things that truly matter to your organization.

Nir Koren, CI DevOps engineer with more than 10 years of experience, will help attendees understand CI/CD concepts and mindset better, as well as implement CI/CD for software development in his workshop "From Zero to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery".
Collaborative Problem-Solving Worshop with Paul Reed and Markus Andrezak will shed some light on the issue of finding ways to understand and solve problems in diverse groups. Participants will be analysing real-life problems and working on them under the guidance of experienced moderators.
