Applications Open for Canadian Women’s Network Silicon Valley Fall Cohort

Connection Silicon Valley, an organization that helps companies collaborate, innovate, and partner with Silicon Valley's world-renowned technology ecosystem, has announced that applications are now open for the Canadian Women’s Network Fall Cohort, being held in San Francisco on December 10-14, 2018. Designed for female founders of startups with up to $1 Million in revenue or women who hold a decision making role in a startup or technology company, the Cohort’s series of events aim to support women in tech to scale their business, drive economic growth and bring foreign investment dollars into Canadian companies through their participation in the network.

“The Canadian Women’s Network brings together over 30 highly experienced and connected ex-pat Canadian women in Silicon Valley who want to support budding entrepreneurs and women in tech reach new heights. We purposely structure the agenda to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to participate in workshops, speak to mentors one-on-one and form valuable relationships with each other,” commented Joanne Fedeyko, CEO of Connection Silicon Valley and founder of the Canadian Women’s Network.

Spearheaded by Joanne Fedeyko, CEO of Connection Silicon Valley, the Canadian Women’s Network aims to build important bridges for Canadian founders and executives by bringing together more than 30 ex-pat Canadian women with significant experience and deep networks in Silicon Valley. The Canadian Women’s Network was launched in June 2018 and was hosted at the Canadian Landing Pad, a location that startups can leverage when visiting Silicon Valley.
