ICN Pad Printing Equipment Line Expanded – Inkcups Now Corp. Introduces Pad Printers for Large Volume Printing

Danvers, MA -- Inkcups Now Corporation expands their line of pad printing equipment, now nine pad printer models strong, by introducing pad printing machines equipped with linear conveyors (ICN-2200L and ICN-150L) and carousels (ICN-2506C and ICN-2200C) to facilitate high volume pad printing.

All pad printers in ICN lineup of pad printing equipment feature adjustable stroke, programmable delays and tool-less changeovers. Each pad printer comes with Inkcups Now’s patented VersaCups, a universal design ink cups, their sizes ranging from 60 to 150mm to meet various production needs. All pad printing machines have ample compression capabilities to handle hard printing pads and deliver high quality crisp images.

Enhanced with, respectively, 18 and 12 station linear conveyors, the ICN-2200L and ICN-150 now can be easily interfaced with automatic loading and unloading systems and are very convenient for printing high volumes of industrial, medical, promotional products as well as tagless garments. The linear conveyor features a shot pin print station registration for very tight registration (+/-.001") and a micro-adjust system for moving the conveyor in and out for easy positioning of the graphic on your part for a more accurate print. Both ICN-2200L and ICN-150L are two color pad printers, the latter equipped with oversized 150mm ink cups for printing images up to 140mm in diameter.

Enhanced with, respectively, 8 and 18 station carousel, the ICN-2200C and ICN-2506C are capable of increased production volumes. The ICN-2200C is a two color pad printer; the ICN-2506 is a six color pad printer. The carousels’ design includes a precision shot-pinned (positive lock) tooling registration feature that ensures close tolerance part positioning. The single point tool mount configuration reduces typical fixture costs and facilitates rapid changeover of tooling.

Other models of ICN pad printing equipment such as the ICN-2500 four color pad printer can also be complemented with carousels or linear conveyors. Inkcups Now engineering department can also fulfill custom fixture and tooling orders.
