Open-invest platform investiere.ch successfully co-funded seed capital needs of Medtech Startup Qvanteq AG
Facilitating private, non-listed, direct investments.
Qvanteq’s founder Arik Zucker comments: “Thanks to investiere.ch we could close our financing round in a reasonable amount of time”. “We were always interested in obtaining a significant number of private investors since for institutional venture capital we are not in the right development stage yet”, he adds and concludes: “The platform and services of investiere.ch were very helpful to achieve this goal in a cost-efficient manner and its investor base has turned out not only to offer liquidity but also a broad spectrum of expertise.”
As opposed to business angel clubs, investiere.ch is offering early-stage investment opportunities to a broader public. By democratizing private equity, it helps startups tapping into a promising new source of funding.
Qvanteq is the first company co-funded by investiere.ch. Two more currently featured companies are in the final stage of their investment rounds: SalsaDev, a startup in the area of semantic search, as well as Attolight, an EPFL spin-off in the nanotech field.
