We are including a built-in automatic weld tip dresser that will decrease cycle time and minimize operator fatigue. ACRO is also incorporating the vision to verify multiple parameters of each of the completed spot welds. This one machine will replace the two older existing systems the company currently needs to run operations efficiently and meet their production targets.
