German Horse Center was established in March 2009 with approximately 40 horses on offer from 11 partner stables. By March 2010, the business had more than tripled the number of horses available for sale: around 90 horses are now publicly available for sale and details of a further 50 exclusive horses are available on request. German Horse Center is thus well on its way to becoming the leading online portal in Germany for international buyers of top quality sport horses for amateur and professional requirements.

German Horse Center now also has 17 top German partner stables in a unique network that covers the country. All the partner stables follow the German Horse Center model of focusing on the wellbeing of the horse, providing solid training in line with the principles of classic riding logic and ensuring price transparency for customers.

The portfolio of trainers available for worldwide bookings has also been expanded and has enjoyed a good response abroad.

More than 20 trainers, ranging from young, qualified professional riders to national trainers can be booked for sessions around the world. They provide support to German Horse Center clients during training and at competitions, as well as offering clinics.

Client satisfaction and the wellbeing of the horses are our top priorities.

"German Horse Center clients are very discerning, demand top quality and place great importance on good communication and organization. It is important for them to know something about the background of the horses they are interested in and to be able to choose from a range of well ridden horses. Price transparency is also an important issue and is fully supported by German Horse Center. The full service package, with its provision of personal tour guides, interpreters, full purchase support and trainer booking, is very popular with our clients", comments Tanja Uredat, Managing Director of GHC GmbH German Horse Center.

During its first year, German Horse Center sold sport horses destined for the USA, Dubai, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Malta, Finland, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Many of the clients have already made successful starts with their horses in this year’s competition season.

German Horse Center will also be extending its portfolio in 2010 as well as strengthening its position in the market.
