Corporate Sponsors Needed to Help Teach Kids Financial Literacy and Money Management
Hillard, OH -- Corporations are being asked to step forward and help bring financial literacy to America's youth.Sponsors are being sought for a new web site designed to assist parents and educators as a resource to help teach financial and money management skills to children of all ages.
The web site at http://www.SkillsThatClick.com is the brain-child of Donald L. Robinson, CEO of eSkills, LLC.
"eSkills is looking for corporate sponsors to join our team in a commitment to providing an entertaining and educational online program to teach today's youth the importance of strong credit and money management skills, and encourage them to view money management as an important life tool," explained Robinson.
With the aid of corporate sponsors, Robinson hopes to make a difference in the future of many lives. He said he created the web site as a money management resource for schools, youth-focused programs and initiatives, and parents.
The site offers a financial situation simulator to enable young people to practice their financial skills. Educational information and guidance is provided on many topics, including checking and savings accounts, ATM cards, credit cards, investments, and even 401k plans. Students learn to shop, save, and invest wisely.
"Kids go to school to learn the skills they need to one day have a profession and earn a living to support themselves and their family. Unfortunately they do not get much training to develop financial literacy through money management training. Parents and teachers now have a resource to turn to that will fill that need," said Robinson.
