AutoSig Systems, Inc announces the selection of their new product AutoDoc by Denison State Bank

AutoSig Systems, Inc. (ASI) of Sugar Hill, Georgia , announces the successful selection and implementation of its new product AutoDoc by Denison State Bank.
The AutoDoc system provides community banks value in Document Management with secure browser technology. The system is designed to allow customers the unique ability to view and work with imaged files throughout the entire organization securely.

“The basic decision about which Document Imaging System to implement was driven by Lending because they had the most immediate need,” said Mr. Mike McManigal, Vice President at Denison State Bank. “We looked at a number of Document Imaging Systems for Financial Institutions and decided on a set of features we wanted, to work towards our overall goal of having a paperless bank.”

At Denison State Bank, loan officers, each with different lending expertise, rotate between branches. By using ASI’s AutoDoc system, Lending Officers effectively take their desks and files with them wherever they are working. Users can work on active files or quickly check the status of their pending loans, instead of calling back to the home office. “Lending loves it”, says McManigal. In addition to achieving their document imaging goals for lending, ASI’s AutoDoc supports other areas of the bank like branch operations, and having critical documents stored electronically makes it easy to take backups. This also supports the bank’s goals for Business Continuity Planning in the event of some disaster. Additionally, Denison plans to use the system in more areas of the bank in the future.
McManigal summed up the decision very succinctly: “We liked the system and its features. ASI systems are reliable. That is the sort of partnership we wish we had with every vendor,” says McManigal. “And the system was very affordable”. When you put it like that, it seems like an easy decision.
