ClearCut Laser Engine 450 nm
The ClearCut Laser has been designed to meet the demanding requirements of laser welding, laser cutting, cladding, micromachining and laser drilling of copper, silver, gold, bronze, brass, nickel, titanium and stainless steel. It is particularly well suited for tasks in consumer electronics, the automotive industry, aerospace, battery manufacturing, 3-D printing, light show/entertainment, medical technology (such as implants) as well as in research & development.
The wavelength of the laser is in the absorption maximum of a variety of non-ferrous metals. As a result, these materials can be processed up to 20 times faster than with conventional 1060 nm IR lasers. This leads to a significant reduction of production times, costs and errors. Thanks to a 5 m long optical fiber (125 μm at 26 W and 400 μm at 30 W - 175 W) and its air-cooled architecture, easy integration into machines, devices and production lines is possible. No external water cooling or liquid cooling is required.
