Leipzig, 30 March 2010 – ipoque, the leading European vendor of Internet traffic management solutions, finished third in the competition for Saxony’s Entrepreneur of the year 2010 award. The finalists were announced and rewarded last Friday in Dresden. The judges – a team of politicians, business representatives and journalists – selected the laureates among 80 other companies from the German federal state of Saxony.

The Entrepreneur Of The Year Award, which is presented by the German federal state of Saxony, honors entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in areas such as innovation, company development, financial performance and personal commitment to their business.
ipoque has excellent results in all of these areas: After five years on the market the company is a global player with several million Euros of revenue, customers and partners in more than 60 countries, and almost 60 staff – all of this without venture capital funding.
