Kiev, Ukraine – In March 2010, EBS became member of AIMS International, one of the largest Executive Search Firms in the world.

“Joining AIMS International was as much of a decision for EBS as for our clients” stated Helen Volska, after being asked why they joined the international partnership. Going further into detail, she stated that EBS took this opportunity to participate in an international knowledge and skills exchange, which will help increase the value which EBS as an HR and Executive Search Company is able to deliver to its clients. This is an ambitious goal, bearing in mind that EBS has already been successfully providing HR and Executive Search Services to national and international clients for years. But, Helen is sure that the existing AIMS International Global Practice Teams will deliver their valuable support to their new partner in the Ukraine, and based on this knowledge EBS will improve.

Helen wants to implement the international standards as soon as possible, so that EBS will be able to deliver the same high quality services and to show a true single global face to the clients.

Incorporated in Vienna, Austria in 1992, AIMS International is an international search organization of independently owned and managed executive search firms who work collaboratively to execute senior level searches around the world. AIMS International is represented by over 350 consultants in 90 offices in over 50 countries throughout five continents. It has been ranked the largest executive search network in the world by Search-Consult Magazine.
