MySubdivisionOnline.com was founded 3 years ago in an effort to provide home owners, buyers and sellers, a way of getting the latest in-depth real estate information for subdivisions in Geneva, St Charles, Batavia and South Elgin Illinois.
There are 21 subdivision websites offering demographics, school information, maps and aerial views, a video tour of the area, a list of homes for sale as well as those that have sold recently. Visitors will also find a downloadable subdivision report containing all of the information offered at the site.
Savvy home owners in the Fox River Valley can register to view the latest real estate information, updated monthly, for their subdivision. Since it’s inception in 2003, MySubdivisionOnline.com has reached over 2,000 registered users.
Subdivision websites are available in Batavia for Braeburn, Cherry Park, Fox Trails, Harvell Farms, Millcreek, Prairie Trails, Tanglewood, Wild Meadows and Woodland Hills.
