SWEET LEAF TEA APPOINTS DAN COSTELLO AS NEW CEO

Austin, TX - March 22, 2010 - Sweet Leaf Tea, one of the nation’s leading makers of natural, organic beverages, announced today that the Board of Directors has unanimously approved the appointment of Dan Costello as the new Chief Executive Officer. Costello, the President of Sweet Leaf tea since 2009, has been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Company for the past year. Costello replaces founder Clayton Christopher whose dream has always been to see the company take on new heights in the beverage industry.
