Sacramento, CA – Jackal, LLC today announced that its series of free service excellence trainings will conclude at the end of March 2010. The last free one hour live webcast presentation offered to the general public will be held on March 31, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (PST).

Lee Mincey, President & Managing Partner of Jackal, LLC, said “the business community’s response to these free webcasts have been outstanding in the months of February and March, but due to the requests of clients we are moving forward with other free service excellence webcasts pertaining to people engagement in the upcoming months.” Mincey added that the organization is developing webcasts that are designed to help leaders with employee morale, retention, leadership development, and more.
